Data Accessed: We access the content of your emails.

How We Use It: This access allows our AI to use your email communications as part of your team’s knowledge base. User-facing features include asking the AI to summarize reports, find specific information, or generate new reports and documents based on your instructions and existing knowledge.

C. Google Sheets API

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets

Data Accessed: We access data within your Google Sheets and can create new sheets.

How We Use It: This enables our AI to analyze spreadsheet data. User-facing features include asking the AI to interpret data, find trends, or export information and analysis into a new Google Sheet directly from the AI Workstation.

D. Google Calendar API

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar

Data Accessed: We access your calendar events (titles, times, attendees) and can create or modify events.

How We Use It: This integration allows the AI to function as a true team assistant. User-facing features include checking team availability, scheduling meetings, and summarizing key takeaways from past events based on calendar descriptions directly within the AI Workstation.
